What You'll Do:

• Perform a variety of installation and repair tasks across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, heating, and air conditioning systems
• Utilize specialized skills to ensure proper functionality and maintenance of building systems
• Ensure the safety, comfort, and functionality of the environment for residents and staff
• Follow prescribed methods, procedures, and safety standards established by Lutheran Life Communities
• Comply with all applicable Federal and State regulations
• Contribute to maintaining a high-quality living and working space through expertise and dedication

What You'll Need:

• The candidate must have a minimum of 3–5 years of experience and should be well-versed in a healthcare environment.
