We are seeking a high-caliber, forward-thinking Chief People Officer (CPO) to unify, modernize, and lead our People function at a pivotal time of organizational growth. The Ideal Candidate:
Brings strong presence, confidence, and maturity—commands respect at every level
Has a proven track record leading HR or people functions through significant growth
Thrives in fast-paced, mission-driven environments; prefers to build rather than inherit
Understands organizational design and change management deeply
Acts as a culture architect—can unify fragmented systems and people under one clear strategy
Is growth-oriented, visionary, and sees beyond day-to-day operations
Comfortable rolling out major operational changes—even with resistance
Presents well, connects with diverse stakeholders, and builds trust quickly
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and unify all People Operations under one cohesive strategy
Develop and oversee HR leaders (4–5 direct reports, 40-person team)
Build scalable systems for hiring, onboarding, training, and performance
Drive retention efforts across departments by improving engagement and leadership practices
Align talent strategy with business growth, in close collaboration with the CEO
Design and optimize the organizational structure for clarity and accountability
Ensure compliance while maintaining a human-centered, growth-focused culture
Coach managers and directors to be stronger leaders and communicators
Optimize all HR-related systems, policies, and tools for operational efficiency
Qualifications and Must-Haves:
experience in HR/People leadership roles
Experience in healthcare, home care, or related people-driven industries preferred
Proven success implementing HR/People systems that scale with the organization
Ability to build strong culture and retention strategies from the ground up
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
