Marking the continued expansion of _The Hotel Del Coronado's \( culinary experiences, Nobu Del Coronado \( is the newest addition to the world\-renowned Japanese restaurant empire founded by Nobu Matsuhisa and Robert De Niro\. Nobu Del Coronado will offer over 3,700 square feet of stunning indoor and al fresco oceanfront dining space, including an outdoor covered patio dining with a pagoda bar and dedicated sushi bar\. Want to learn more?Hotel Website \( \( \( \( + **Classification:** Seasonal + **Shift** :Various - must be available to weekdays, weekends, and holidays\. + **Seasonal Dates:** April \- September + **Pay Rate** : The pay rate for this role is $19and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location\. **What will I be doing?** + Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting\. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware as prescribed\.Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments\. + Wipe down booths and chairs, move tables and chairs, and clean floors as necessary\. + Serve guests with water, begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary\. Assist server with food & beverage service to ensure guest satisfaction\. + Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning\. + Make sure that all tables are set completely both before and after shift\. + Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris\. + Polish all glassware, plate ware and cutlery as necessary\. + Help run food, be able to give an accurate and detailed description of every dish, both menu and non\-menu items\. + Assist Food Servers in service of complimentary bottled water\. + Maintain tables throughout service, clearing dishes between courses and empty glassware as necessary\. + Support the rest of the floor once your section is maintained\. + Clearing and scraping all dishes in the side stations after clearing a table\. + Stock all side stations with linen and proper glassware\. + Service and explanation of bread to guests, after cocktails are served by the captain\. + Maintain professional demeanor throughout service, assisting servers and captains as necessary\. + Change tablecloth \(if needed\) and reset tables as quickly as possible after guests leave the restaurant\. + Service of Coffee and Hot tea\. + Move tables throughout dining room in order to be able to set up and accommodate need of the reservations\. + Carry multiple dishes \(up to 6 at one time\) in one hand without tray service **What are we looking for?** Since being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry\.
