Professional Growth: We offer robust opportunities for professional and leadership development, including training and mentorship programs. Comprehensive Benefits: Our competitive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k match, generous paid time off, and more. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Senior Director of Advancement, Philanthropic Partnerships to set goals and strategies for securing grants, corporate partnerships, and foundation support. Write and oversee the writing of Letters of Inquiry (LOls), proposals, reports, and other communications. Create and maintain high-level narrative boilerplates and story banks to be used throughout the year that are vetted by program staff. Manage active funders’ accounts, ensuring compliance with donor guidelines, timelines, reporting, and expenditures with the finance team. Prepare and submit timely progress and final reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with funders and cultivate ongoing stewardship to encourage ongoing support. Oversee and ensure that grant calendars, meeting notes, correspondence, calendars, and project plans are in the CRM (Salesforce), Asana, and SharePoint, maintained and up-to-date. Collaborate closely with all internal stakeholders to develop compelling and accurate messaging and reports to funders. Supervise the Philanthropic Partnerships Coordinator to partner with you in the grant process. Other tasks as needed to support the Philanthropic Partnerships fundraising goals and objectives as a team. What We Are Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional working experience. At least 3 years of grant writing for a nonprofit or equivalent experience. At least one year of experience supervising a direct report. Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively. Excellent written, verbal, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
