Inventory Coordinator – 3 to 5 Openings

$25–$30 per hour (DOE) | Full-Time | Bradenton, FL

A leading Bradenton-based company in the juice and beverage industry is growing and seeking 3 to 5 Inventory Coordinators (L3 Level) to join our dynamic team! What You’ll Do:

Assist Inventory Controllers with cycle counts and physical inventories per corporate policy
Monitor and support compliance with SAP, WMS, ADC, and SOX inventory controls
Investigate inventory discrepancies and help resolve transaction-related issues
Work in temperature-controlled environments (cold rooms/freezers) and occasionally outdoors for trailer reviews
Reconcile daily inventory reports and file necessary documentation
Communicate count results with internal departments and assist with analysis
Support period-end duties and serve as backup for Inventory Control teammates
Cross-train in other inventory control functions

What We’re Looking For:

2–3 years of experience in a supply chain, inventory, or logistics function
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a team environment and adapt to changing demands
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree and experience with SAP, WMS, ADC, or Crystal Reports
