Join us. **Job Description** **AECOM** is seeking a Landscape Designer based in **Los Angeles, CA.** This position is expected to begin in July 2025. **The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:** + Play an active role in the design process from concept through construction + Assist in the preparation of design graphics and technical drawings + Collaborate with project team members across disciplines + Under the direction of the Supervising Landscape Architect, may independently perform technical assignments of various complexities **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements** + Must have a bachelor's degree or higher in architecture or Landscape Architecture design from an accredited program. **Preferred Qualifications** + 1 - 3 years of professional Landscape Architecture experience + Strong interpersonal skills and excellent graphic, verbal, and written communication skills + Self-motivated and able to proactively solve challenges + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite, hand drawing + Proficiency in 3D modeling (Rhino3D) + Desire and ability to integrate seamlessly into both landscape architecture and multi-disciplinary design teams. + A commitment to design excellence and a passion for building a better world. + Actively pursuing licensure + LEED GA/AP, SITES AP, or ENV SP credentials + Familiarity with Southern California native and climate-appropriate plant communities + Experience preparing construction documents + Experience with advanced modeling and analysis software (e.g. Revit, Grasshopper3D, ArcGIS) + Experience with advanced visualization software and plugins (e.g. Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray) **Additional Information** + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. + Sponsorship for US employment authorization is not available for this position now or in the future. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
