A well-established title and settlement services company is actively seeking an experienced professional to join their growing team. This is a critical and urgent hire for individuals who bring a proven book of business and can hit the ground running. The position title may vary depending on the state, but the core function remains consistent: managing residential and/or commercial real estate closings with precision, professionalism, and a client-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end title and settlement processes for residential and/or commercial real estate transactions
Maintain and grow a personal pipeline, ideally with 10–20 closings per month
Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth transaction flow
Review title searches, clear title issues, and prepare settlement statements
Represent the company at networking events , builder meetings, and industry functions to grow referral sources
Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
Active Title Producer License (required in applicable states)
Demonstrated success in originating or managing a steady flow of closings
Existing book of business preferred
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
