Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Watson Orchestrate Resource to support the design, implementation, and management of intelligent automation workflows using IBM Watson Orchestrate . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation tools, API integration, and enterprise process automation, with hands-on experience in low-code/no-code environments and a solid understanding of Watson AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using IBM Watson Orchestrate.
• Integrate Watson Orchestrate with business applications (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Microsoft Teams).
• Configure and manage "skills" in Watson Orchestrate to enable seamless human-AI collaboration.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather automation requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
• Monitor and optimize existing workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop custom integrations via REST APIs and webhooks where required.
• Collaborate with IT and business process teams to identify opportunities for automation.
• Troubleshoot issues in orchestration flows and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process automation or orchestration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Watson Orchestrate , RPA tools , or similar low-code platforms.
• Knowledge of AI and NLP concepts and their application in business workflows.
• Proficiency with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and integration protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with IBM Cloud and Watson AI services (e.g., Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery).
• Experience with enterprise platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.
• Understanding of business process modeling and BPMN.
• Certifications in IBM Watson or other automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism) are a plus.
